Standard Delivery (WHERE OFFERED): Royal Mail* - We aim to deliver within 7 working days , free for first item, £3.95 per additional Inc Packing

Express Delivery (WHERE OFFERED): DHL Express/Royal Mail*- We aim to deliver within 4 working days £5.95 per item Inc Packing

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR UK DELIVERIES:

*ALL ORDER TIMES DEPENDENT ON RM STRIKES OR OTHER INDUSTRIAL ACTION. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT ORDERS PLACED PRIOR AND DURING PERIODS OF INDUSTRIAL ACTION MAY FACE DELAYS OF UP TO 7 DAYS FROM OUR EXPERIENCE.

Before placing your order, please note:

• If you place your order before 1pm on Monday to Friday it will be dispatched by our couriers, to arrive within 4 working days (Express Delivery) or 7 days (Standard Delivery) and will arrive between 8am and 5pm or if Saturday Delivery is chosen, between 8am and 1pm.
• We cannot specify a particular delivery time within the 8am-5pm window (8am - 1pm Next day/Saturday Delivery).
• Express Delivery is not available to the following postcodes - HS1-9, IV1-56, KA27-28, KW1-17, PA20-78, PH19-50, TR21-25, ZE1-3, AB 31, 33 - 38, 44, 45, 51-56, BT, IM, JE, GY
• We reserve the right to suspend refunds for non-delivered items until our carriers have confirmed that the order is lost.

After your order has been shipped:

• The delivery address may not be changed.
• You may track your order from our couriers website using a unique tracking number which will be emailed to you.
• If nobody is available at the delivery address to sign for the delivery, the driver will leave a card through your door with details of how to collect your parcel from the depot, or how to arrange for re-delivery.
• If your order is returned to us we will automatically re-send it free of charge up to a maximum of two times. If after this the delivery is still unsuccessful we will contact you to arrange alternate delivery arrangements.

USA & CANADA

Returns

Return or exchange an item

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will provide a full refund (minus shipping charges), or exchange the item for a different size / colour /style if preferred. To return any unwanted items for either exchange or refund simply login into your account on the site.

Any item(s) you wish to return must be received, by us, in original condition* within 7 days of receipt of your order . Once an item is returned we will issue a refund within 72 hours, please allow up to 28 (working) days for your return to be processed and to appear on your account. The time frame has been set by our banking/processing facility providers and is beyond our control.

Please note:

• The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
• The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

Faulty Item

If the item you received is faulty, please login into your account from here you can send a message to our customer services with any problems or queries you may have with your order, this must be done immediately. We will then advice on how to proceed with the return. You have 7 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us. We reserve the right to suspend any refund(s) due until the faulty item has been returned to the manufacturer for inspection.

I received the wrong item

If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please login into your account on the site, from here you can send a message to our customer services with any problems or queries you may have with your order. We will then advice on how to proceed with the return. You have 7 days from receipt of the item to contact us regarding the matter.

Discount codes & vouchers

If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

*Note: when trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation.
